The person behind the learning

Meet Bill.

Bill is a long-haul trucker in his sixties. Weeks and months on the road leave little time to sit behind a desk. Starting with little technical experience and no background as a developer or AI engineer, he learned through hands-on practice, trial, and error to use AI assistants and agentic workflows, putting those lessons to work building Estibiz and developing other business ideas.

This course is designed to guide beginners step by step through building their first AI agent, drawing on the practical lessons Bill learned through trial and error.

Bill explains unfamiliar ideas through everyday examples, breaking them into practical steps you can try, check and improve.

  1. Start with a familiar exampleFor example, turn sample job notes into a checklist and a draft reply to a customer. Start with a task you understand, so you can tell whether the result is useful.
  2. Try the actual stepsGive your agent sample services, a service area and clear instructions. Ask it to use those notes, flag missing details and draft a response for you to review—not send it on its own.
  3. Check the resultCheck the checklist and draft against the original notes. Correct invented details, improve the instructions and try again before trusting the workflow with real business information.
